This website provides general information about Paradise Property Care Hawaii's planned property-watch services. We are preparing to begin local services in February 2027 and are accepting early inquiries. Website information is not a technical assessment of any property, a guarantee of availability, or a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
Introductory pricing and eligibility
Essential starts at $99 per month, Signature at $179 per month, and Premier at $299 per month. Published introductory starting rates apply to eligible properties up to 1 acre within our core service area, with normal vehicle access and a defined visual observation scope.
Larger properties, additional structures, difficult access, extended visit times, and travel outside our standard service area may require a personalized quote. Service-area adjustments are disclosed and agreed upon before enrollment. All rates and services are confirmed in writing before enrollment.
Our focus is Hawaiian Paradise Park, Keaau, Pahoa, and nearby East Hawaii communities. Property eligibility, access, and coverage are confirmed during consultation.
Separate service agreement
An inquiry, quote request, or website visit does not create a service agreement. Services are provided only under a separate signed agreement that defines the observation areas, visit frequency, reporting arrangements, pricing, and other agreed terms. These website terms are not that customer service agreement.
Exterior observations and reporting
Our services consist of scheduled, non-invasive visual observations of safely accessible exterior home or vacant-land areas, with dated photographs and written owner reports. Observations concern what is visibly apparent at the time of a visit within the agreed scope.
Service exclusions
Visits are not technical or licensed inspections, boundary surveys, repairs, vegetation removal, property maintenance work, security patrols, emergency response, or property management. They do not certify structural condition, code compliance, system performance, or the absence of hazards. For an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service rather than relying on this website or an inquiry response.
Independent local providers
With your permission, we may introduce you to independent local service providers. Property owners communicate, contract, and pay providers directly, and independently verify qualifications, licensing, and insurance.
Paradise Property Care Hawaii does not perform, supervise, contract for, or guarantee third-party work. Each provider is responsible for its own services under its direct agreement with the property owner.
Limits of visual observations
Conditions can change between visits. Hidden, inaccessible, underground, internal, or otherwise non-visible conditions may not be observed. Photographs and reports are records of observations, not exhaustive assessments or guarantees that every concern will be identified.
No observation service can guarantee prevention of damage, unauthorized activity, weather impacts, or other losses. Owners remain responsible for their property decisions and for obtaining appropriate professional advice and services.
